To better eating in 2012

Here’s to keeping New Year’s Resolutions, one of which was to stay regular with blog posts and food photography. I’m still doing a lot of photography, but less on the posting. (I guess that’s what happens when you get a day job!) I started this post months ago and never actually posted the photos. Luckily, it’s still relevant and since the photos are interesting, I will post them now!

We learned a lot about food and our love for food in 2011. So, in 2012 we are vowing to eat better, cook better and make better bread. And hopefully start a garden.

On the menu:

First: cauliflower croquettes with garlic aioli
Second: lamb burger with feta and spinach
Third: chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice
