The Cooks on California present: sweet potato gnocchi

Graeme and I are in charge of meals. So, we’ve used this opportunity to cook some extra special menu items along the way. Here’s a sweet potato gnocchi dish we got from the LCBO Food & Drink magazine (thank you Julie!). It was delicious. Whipped cream makes a great base for the sauce and fresh rosemary gives a nice color and flavor.

Chop the herbs
